SECURITY AND REFUND POLICY
We keep your information secure. By placing an order with us you acknowledge we may store your name address and contact details for purposes of marketing our products to you. You may opt out of this at any time.
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped.
We will refund purchases in accordance with our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act
You may return Products to us in one of the following situations after contacting us via email to email@example.com
You will be advised what to do by us to return such products. You MUST contact us before returning any purchases.
RP1 Where nothing is wrong with the Products and you have simply chosen to return the products because, for example, you have changed your mind. In this situation you have 10 days from the date of the products dispatch to return the Products back to us. We will provide you with a credit to your name for a sum equal to the cost of the Products (including handling and freight). All Products returned in accordance with this clause must be returned in their original condition and box/packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and /or Warranty Card. ANY MISSING COMPONENTS OF THE ORIGNINAL PARCEL WILL RESULT WITH NO REFUND, and A CREDIT WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED IF THE SAID GOODS ARE FIT FOR RE-SALE.
RP2 Where the Products are damaged in transit. In this situation you must immediately advise the Courier and Waikiwi Pharmacy upon receipt that the goods are damaged. You must retain all packaging material for 60 days. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, we will either: (a) replace the Products; or (b) give you a full refund on your Nominated Payment Authority; or (c) credit your Waikiwi Pharmacy Account. You must cooperate with all enquiries and claims we or any delivery organisation may make in connection with any compensation for any damage whilst in transit. This may include verifying your bank account details with your bank.
RP3 Where products are faulty on arrival you should contact us immediately to arrange the return of the faulty item.
RP4 All Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and any Warranty together with the invoice and/or packing slip. We require you to return the items via the same delivery service that you received them from.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES and PRESCRIPTION ITEMS
Waikiwi Pharmacy (2005) Ltd. will not supply of any controlled substances, prescription items, drugs of abuse or performance enhancing steroids. We will not supply Phentermine, Redux, Meridia or any codeine based painkillers such as Hydrocodone or Vicodin.
